Microsoft Excel is a full-featured spreadsheet program that allows the easy analysis and manipulation of data using tables and formulas. It can link many spreadsheets for consolidation and provides a wide variety of business graphics and charts for creating presentation materials.
Microsoft PowerPoint
PowerPoint is a presentation graphics program that provides the ability to create output for overheads, handouts, speaker notes and film recorders. PowerPoint is an integral part of Microsoft Office and is extensively used worldwide by educators, students, business people and trainers.

Material Safety Datasheets (MSDS) |

This database was developed to be used across a multi-site area. Project managers, general contractors, operators and technicians can search the database in a number of ways to see if a material has already been approved for use at a specific site. If not, they can easily submit a request for approval to the appropriate MSDS administrator from within the database. The "Project Overview" presentation was created completely in PowerPoint. The file uses hyperlinked menus and page navigation, conditional formatting for automatic numbering and "completed" task identification, and an effectiveness measure page to ensure the team's activities are kept on track.
